Horrible Experience & Services! I paid upfront the cost of my cellphone screen to be replaced. I was told it would take a couple days which turned into over a month! I was told they were having trouble finding the new screen for my phone. After approximately 2 weeks. They bought me a new phone. But I couldn't transfer everything to that phone without the old one. I told them to just put my old phone back together the way it initially was. Nope. I finally went to get my phone and I walked out with literally 100 parts. Due to All of their screwing around... We lost majority of our daughters High School Graduation pic's etc. One of my biggest issue with Beach Tech's is I was always having to be the one to run them down to get a status update on my phone. The Owner Justin Beach NEVER even bothered to call me when a simple explanation or some sort of customer...

I had my iPhone 15 screen repaired here. At pickup I was informed the frame was bent but the screen repair had been completed. Less than a week later my phone screen has stress cracks on the screen. The screen is lifting causing a gap at the top and bottom. My touch response is not working! A call should have been made to inform me of my phones bent frame and advised to fix that issue which I would have gladly paid more to be sure everything was done correctly or told to get a new phone. They offered to fix the screen for another $100 bucks. Again! You bent the frame! You don’t put a new screen on a bent frame! I’ll be looking into small claims today. We took my daughters switch here after she dropped it. Everyone we spoke to was super friendly and explained the process. It did take longer than I had expected but different parts were on backorder, which they can't help. Not only did they do a few different rounds of diagnostics to try and see what the issue was, but they also ordered different parts that could possibly fix the issue. They didn't even charge for the parts they ordered since it didn't correct the problem! Unfortunately, the switch wasn't able to be saved but it def wasn't for lack of trying.
