DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG HERE!!!! I would give this place a negative rating if it were possible. I brought my pup here during the art festival. I figured i would get him groomed while i walked around. First of all, the owners/workers kids were screaming and running in and out of the back room where the dogs get groomed. Like the poor dogs need to be stressed out any more than they already are. I was told by the parent/guardian of the kids that they were just visiting, so i assumed they would be leaving. The groomer took my dog without asking anything about him. He didn't ask if he was vaccinated or even what his name was. When i went back to pick up my dog, not only was he dying to get out of the chaotic environment BUT he had blood all over his paw. I understand that every now and then you cut the nail too short BUT WHAT KIND OF IDIOT GIVES AN OWNER THEIR DOG BACK WITH BLOOD ALL OVER ITS PAW!!!!! Once i saw the bloody paw, i realized it was necessary to look over him and make sure there wasn't any more blood. To my horror, his belly was red and had rashes all over it because the groomer cut the hair too short. do your dog a favor and do not expose them to what my poor dog had to go through. You are better off going to petsmart. You couldn't pay me to...

A couple of months ago, the groomer found ticks and seems to have gone out of his way to document the problem and apply tick medicine to the bath. It's more expensive than the chains but I feel I get good value, and it's also great to help a local shop. ...
