Silver Sneakers 11:15 a.m. M, W, & F class had 45 people in it Monday. Too many people using handweights, bands, and balls that appear not to have been cleaned in some time. Music was excellent.

Requested tour of facility after class. Variety of exercise venues and equipment. Schedules provided. Silver Sneakers membership card laminated.

Upon exiting, returned to notify front desk worker that water draining from portico had created puddle that had frozen and created a safety hazard to people entering facility.

Did not return this week because of extreme cold and sore throat possibly obtained from crowded exercise room and unclean equipment.

Recommendations for improvement Offer two Silver Sneakers sessions in the morning. Fewer people per session = fewer germs and more room to move.

Provide wipes to sanitize equipment after use.

Examine equipment for excessive wear. Replace and add equipment as needed. Solicit and compensate instructor input for purchases.

Offer two monthly Silver Sneakers orientations for new members/attendees. Everyone receives the same information from PHFC staff, rather than hearsay from...

There is no reason this shouldn't be a 5-star facility...all the time. It was when it opened, but it's not maintained as a facility of that caliber deserves. It would appear many repairs are more like Band-aids or patches, as opposed to fixing things as good as new. In more recent years, the wet area of the men's locker-room never seems to be really clean. I have been a member almost the entire time since this place opened. However, it was my visit on Sunday, March 1, 2020 that prompted me to submit this review. There was some trash on the floor and in open lockers, the floor of the wet area was exceptionally dirty/gritty, there were abandoned items in the shower area, including two pair of wet underwear on the bench, and there were feces on the toilet seat--absolutely nasty! It was like this when I arrived, and it was like this...

This place has banned locals from getting a day pass! No more day passes if you live in the region which is ridiculous! The front desk lady was rude and gave some random excuse as to why, stating that they don’t want parents just dropping their kids off. Fix the policy that kids can’t be there without their parents, not outright ban the community that don’t want to fork up $50+/month for a membership just to swim once. That isn’t fair for my family when we want to come swim in a clean, safe environment. Management needs...
