Princeton City Park — Attraction in Princeton

This is a really nice park in the heart of Princeton. It's pet friendly (as long as they are leashed). There are a wide variety of activities that you can participate in here. There are several walking trails that wind throughout the park and they are easily navigated using a color coded map. There are shelters and there is even an amphitheater where events are hosted from time to time. The park is also home to a public pool with a waterside for kids and adults alike. There are disc golfing teams that play here too. The park is reasonably maintained and there is a pretty heavy law enforcement presence here. This isn't a hot bed of crime, but the police department does a great job of keeping it that way. The pool does have general admission and there is a kiddie pool and lifeguards are on duty. The pool also will allow you to host parties there. The walking trails are relatively newer and it Carrie's you through the woods. This park is a very nice addition to Princeton in multiple ways. We have enjoyed it every time we have went. It’s always well cut and the trails are clean. Playgrounds are primarily up front. Has multiple disc golf setup throughout the park making it a way better experience for those that enjoy this type of sport. The pool is nice as well and it was clean all around. The lifeguards were very attentive to their posts. This is a go-to resort for anyone in the area wanting to go somewhere close and enjoy their time with a variety of things to do. A GREAT place to take your children on a hot summers day. The staff is friendly and makes sure that your happiness and fun are just as important to them as your safety. We've been to other local pools and they are all very strict with what you can do with your children as you play or what you can bring, and Princeton does a great job at making sure your babies can have their arm floaties or their baby boats and the pool is typically very clean.
