I simply called to ask how long their wait was and she rudely asked if I were a patient there and that they do NOT accept people who aren't already patients there. I had a great experience at ECU Family Medicine, I checked in, waited about 5 minutes, was brought back, straight to the lab for A1C check up, taken to the room, Nurse Amanda was very sweet, went over my medication list, checked BP, and waited about 5 minutes for Dr Yeazell came in and went over everything… maybe was in the room with the doctor for 15 minutes, and was told to come back in 6 months, providing I don’t need to be seen sooner. location is 8 minutes from home and everyone was very friendly...
