Blueberry Cat Collectibles — Local services in Prospect

I discovered this place because I bought one of their Pokémon products from eBay. They sent me a coupon with it, and since I live here in Connecticut, I figured I'd check out the store on a drive home from Southington.

Needless to say, I was not disappointed. They have a fantastic selection of Pokémon merchandise. A lot of it includes the MonCollé figures from Japan. Again -- it is FANTASTIC. I'll go so far as to say their selection of figures is better than that of Nintendo NY. It's like a miniature version of the po-up stores that go to the Pokémon tournaments (like NAIC) I will definitely go back when I next visit the greater Waterbury area.

I have gone to Blueberry Cat to get two cards signed by Professor Oak with my daughter. Was clean, nicely set up, and had a lot of merchandise. They had a raffle to enter. They had hard to find cards and the final fantasy cards my son wanted. Next, I saw they were going to Mohegan Sun Ct Gamercon. My daughter had to work , so my husband and I went. They had a large booth that had a little bit of everything. I purchased a stuffy from final fantasy and some cards for my son. Me and a friend came up from Fairfield County for an event held at the store. We were not disappointed by the friendliness of the staff and ownership. The way they approach their customers makes it feel like they’ve known you forever. Low key, friendly and approachable are all words to describe their customer service. On top of that I just love how it’s more of an explosion of pop culture products than just another average card store. Sadly out of my weekly driving distance or I’d be in every other week.
