So my wife wanted to take me out for my birthday and suggested we try this new place. It was moderately busy in the dining area when we arrived around 6pm Sunday, the bar had 2 couples. Our server was very sweet and helpful but it was clear she had her hands full. Our experience with the food was mediocre. I selected the Gyro w/o tomato and sauce ots which came out correct, our server was nice enough to allow me to substitute the greek soup for fries. The meat was sliced too thin and over cooked but somewhat flavorful. The soup was tasty with much chicken but it appeared to be sliced in square chunks. My wife enjoyed her burger which was tasty and cooked properly. Overall, a fairly typical experience for a pizza/restaurant. Not great, not terrible. Read moreIf you are looking for a delicious pizza and abundant Italian meal, try going to 1st Class Pizzeria and Bar located at 105 Waterbury Road where the old Baki’s restaurant was located. They recently opened. Last night was our third visit there. We had a small Garden Harvest pizza. Our friends had Meatball Marinara over ziti. The pizza is a brick oven pizza abundant with 8 different vegetables, mozzarella and spices. Our friends enjoyed their dish which allowed them to take leftovers home. Our server, Daniella, was funny, knew her menu, made recommendations and was attentive to our needs. We enjoyed our visit and wish them a successful year. So when you are tired from all the holiday events, treat yourself and stop by 1st...
Read moreThis was my first time going here so I'm reviewing it based on what me and my kids ate. I have their barbecue bacon and mushroom cheeseburger and fries. It was cooked a little more than I would have liked but it was good and tasty. We had their crispy chicken nachos, which was a fairly large portion even for an appetizer. They were pretty good. It had a freshly thick made salsa topping. For dessert, we had the dough dipper things which I can't remember what they're called, But they gave us chocolate and powdered sugar to dip them in. It tasted a little like fried dough or funnel cake, but a little more fluffy. Overall they had a really wide range of food on their menu and I can't wait to go back to try...
