What an outstanding experience and result! We had a notion of a special concept for our wedding rings. We told him the story of our relationship, the families, and our desire to have the rings represent much more than the typical nuptials. We had a few ideas, and in about 20 - 30 minutes we had a concept, and over the next hour or so a rough concept that incorporated diamonds we had with some new diamonds into a beautiful set of rings that represented us, our histories… our families.
In the final design, the primary wedding ring pulls together the past, present and future. Underlying the center stones are two diamonds each on either side representing our parents who provided our foundation, lessons in life, our sense of community, our exposure to church, and a belief in God that has provided us our faith and a family of friends who with our own families have supported us in tragedy and hardship as well as helped celebrate our joys. Alongside the stones representing parents are stones that represent our siblings...still a real part of our lives. Resting on this base is a princess cut diamond from Laura and her former husband's (lost to ALS) ring both honoring and remembering him and representing the family foundation he and Laura built, all a part of our evolving relationship. Alongside this is a new round diamond signifying our newfound love and hope-filled future together.
The accompanying ring is our family ring. The four primary stones represent our children’s families. Alongside these stones, and from Laura and Steve’s wedding band, are nine diamonds. Seven of these represent the grandchildren and an eighth for one on the way. The ninth stone represents any later additional grandchildren, and also for those sweet spirits we’ve lost along the way.

Read moreI recently had the pleasure of working with Rob for the creation of an engagement ring, and the experience was nothing short of fantastic. From start to finish, he demonstrated a level of expertise and customer service that surpassed my expectations.
Rob took the time to truly understand my vision for the ring and the collaborative nature of our interactions made me feel involved in every step of the design process. As someone with limited knowledge of diamonds and jewelry, I greatly appreciated Rob's patience in walking me through various options, discussing different stones and design elements.
I wholeheartedly recommend Prospect Jewelers to anyone seeking a jeweler who not only excels in craftsmanship but also values the importance of a positive customer experience. Working with Rob was an absolute pleasure, and I am grateful for the beautiful engagement ring he crafted for such a significant...
Read moreMy new favorite jewelry store! I found a ring I had been searching for high and low. A very rare vintage 1970s Norman Teufel 14k yellow and white gold, .62 carat total wt diamonds, double moon spinner ring. I am thrilled with my purchase and I will wear it daily and very proudly at the April 8th total solar eclipse in Texas. I would like to add I was impressed by the sexy black bag with a very high quality box was a great presentation. The bottle of cleaner and the pink (my favorite color) ring travel bag was a wonderful touch. I also appreciate the certificate. Special shout out to Terry for going above and beyond in making this purchase possible. Thank Terry,...
