Visited Rose Bakery today. I purchased the Haloumi croissant with a tangy cheese interior. So very good. Next was the Dubai Chocolate bar croissant. While it is a good idea, it is a lot. This croissant is definitely meant to be shared as it is really rich with the buttery flaky pastry, the shredded Phyllo pastry, pistachio cream, tahini filling. The exterior is half coated in delicious milk chocolate, and sprinkled with pistachio crumble and dust. Phenomenal. It seems it is as labor intensive to make as delicious it is. Hence the $12.50 price tag. I would rotate this in the menu once a month or keep for special orders. I Cut off a piece the the fruit tart and tried it. The pastry cream was not too sweet, the fruits were fresh, you could smell the sweetness of the strawberries, and the pastry was lite and delicate. I thought the "savory" croissant selections were a great idea, and hope they are well received by the customer. I personally love "zaatar" and I will try this one as an accompaniment to the salad offerings for lunch. Well done. All the best for a successful future...

What a wonderful little piece of heaven 🥰 there’s such a wide variety of treats! Croissants, cakes, danishes and pastries, cupcakes, tarts, giant cookies, scones, muffins, soufflés, brownies, cheesecake and more!!! The menu is always changing but true to the main items that never fail. And they have Dubai chocolate, Dubai chocolate croissants, Dubai chocolate strawberry cups AND a new Dubai chocolate cookie 👀 the coffee and drinks are good and reasonably priced, and the sandwiches are made with fresh croissants (sometimes focaccia too!) I LOVE IT HERE! 😋 my favorite items are: everything bagel cheese croissant, egg and spinach soufflé, blueberry muffins, matcha croissant, cheesecake brownie, and you can’t go wrong with a Honeybee latte!!!
