Mediocre cleanliness, poor selection, and horrendous customer service.

Little to no knowledge of specialty products, rude, impatient, and overall poor general experience. There are tobacco outlets in the area that make more of an attempt to be educated about the products they stock and show much more of a willingness in helping the customer make informed purchases than Nic's Tobacco Outlet whose employees only showed minimal knowledge, less patients, no desire sharing it with the customer.

Given the lackluster service, the underwhelming choices, and uncompetitive prices I will be taking future business to Puffs Discount Tobacco 209 Hampton Ave, Punxsutawney, PA 15767 when I have to and when I can to Dubois where Smoke 4 Less 209 Hampton Ave, Punxsutawney, PA 15767 has exceptional products and prices, and who are always eager to assist the customer and answer any questions without complaint. Smoke Buddy's Smoke Shop 1211 E DuBois Ave, DuBois, PA 15801 also just opened and upon an initial visit showed good service and an astonishing amount of 4:20 products and also carry vape supplies as does Vape Vibe 324 Commons Dr, DuBois, PA 15801. Not being from Punxsutawney I called asked where they were located and if they had a certain item, well the older woman was so nasty on the phone like I was bothering her. So I went in person and was nasty to me in person and had no knowledge of what I wanted, I told her she didn't have to be so rude on the phone and in person, she got huffy stormed off and the young girl now was waiting on me with an attitude, I paid $30 for my item told her she didn't have to be so nasty, she told me never to come back here! Located on the west side of Punxsutawney. Prices are great as most tobacco outlets typically are pretty good.
