Drain Again Plumber — Local services in Purvis

We want to add a whole house in-line water filter to our main water line. The problem is we did not know where the main line came into our home, so we could not do it ourselves. I called Jon on 12/7/2021 at about 11AM and was advised that he would come by after his next two jobs that day. I know plumbing jobs can be unpredictable and emergencies happen. So, I was surprised that he did come out later as he said he would. The sun had already set, and it was nearly fully dark outside, I felt so bad because we all knew it was not an emergency; he needed to use flashlights to find the main water line, and it was below 40 degrees out. He poked and dug around in our yard for about an hour until he found the main line (there are several lines in our yard), and Jon not only found the main water line he also found an additional shut off closer to the house and sewer line cleanout, that were both buried. After that he explained to us what we would need to get, as far as an in-line water filter goes and said he could install it for us, or we could do it ourselves. We of course are choosing to have Jon the owner of Drain Again Plumber install our water filter. I sent him the photos of what water filter we chose to go with today, and he texted me back in less than 10 minutes to let me know as soon as he gets a chance, he will call me to set up an appointment to come and install it. I definitely recommend Jon with Drain...

Its been a few weeks since John came and saved the day for us. This guy is the most real and true businessman I've ever met. He was so professional, and explained exactly what he was doing, and why. John went above and beyond what he was originally called to do. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a down to earth, God fearing, and compassionate person with a gift to help people. He is reliable, and is truly a blessing to anyone who meets him. (Update as of 12/27/23 2 years from original post) Yet again John saved the day, but not for me this time, for my neighbor. My neighbor had some weird circumstances and issues with his plumbing that we weren't able to quite put our fingers on. I told him I knew the right guy for the job, and gave him John's number. Yet again, he was punctual, and as always hit the nail on the head when it came to getting us a solution for the pain in the neck drainage issues my neighbor was experiencing. As for any other plumber or plumbing company, Drain Again cannot be beat! Hands down if I had to call someone in an emergency situation, where I KNOW that I would most likely be raked over the coals, and charged a sum of up to, and included my first born, I would call Drain Again Plumbing. I had all three toilets in my house get backed up all of a sudden between 5-6 pm on a Monday night. I thought at first it was just clogged but by the third toilet within an hour I knew it was something else. I called two other companies who claim 24/7 services but they couldn’t get to me until Wednesday. I then called Drain Again Plumber. They answered immediately and were at my house within 30 minutes! I was completely stressed because it was late and I have family visiting. We had to take the kids to McDonald’s to use the restroom because they all had to go right as this was happening. Lol! In less than an hour and a half they had everything fixed. There was a clog causing all of my toilets and tub drains to back up.
