Literally the worst electrical company I’ve ever had. New Orleans has better electrical companies and that says a lot. These people will charge you and then when you pay they will charge you again and say it was a late fee or a past due amount. The people working in the office are completely remedial it amazes me how incompetent they are. They cut my power off bc they said i owed and that when i paid the amount they would cut it back on immediately. So i paid the amount then they proceeded to tell me that i owed another $60 reconnect fee. So i paid that and it took them over an hr to turn my electricity back on.. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS AND WILL TRY TO GET EVERY PENNY...

Literally every single time a drop of rain falls, our power goes out. We live right behind Oak Grove Elementary and without fail, if it starts to lightly drizzle, no power. Not even a storm. Quite literally just a light drizzle of rain. They are constantly in our neighborhood doing stuff, digging up people’s yards and mess, and yet we have to worry about our power constantly going out if a drop of rain falls. They certainly aren’t afraid to charge exorbitant prices for this garbage service either. I never thought there would be a day I would long for Mississippi...

New to having a bill in my name, as well as living on my own. I received my first 3-5 bills on time, but I haven't received a bill since right before Christmas! I went in and paid a tad here and there to go towards my next bill. I just got a call today telling me I owe over $200 by 8am the following morning or my power will be shut off! It would have been great if they were to have told me one day when I came in or given me at least a three day notice! Oh well. I'll have to start getting someone to come in with me to make sure I'm not doing anything...
