When I called to see if this agent was opened I spoke to the office girl and explained I had called the previous day after lunch with no answer. She informed me that they have been closing at lunch on Wednesday’s for “how long now?” I felt belittled because I’m new in this area and had no ideal. I went to this agency driving from HATTIESBURG. I had no ideal that it was close to their lunch time when I got there. I was informed right away when I went in. We went in to speak with the agent and he was in a hurry to get out for lunch because he was meeting his mother. We felt like he wasn’t interested in our business. The agent said he would call me later that afternoon or the next day with a quote. It has been 2 weeks and we haven’t heard from him.
