I rarely post reviews, but this shop’s lack of professionalism and accountability was shocking. Two weeks ago, they sold me the wrong tire for my heavy-duty van—rated only for 40 psi when the vehicle requires 80 psi. This mistake could have caused a blowout on my 3.5-hour drive to Dallas. A shop in Dallas confirmed it was unsafe, and I had to replace it immediately out of pocket.

When I returned with my receipt, the two women in the office (likely the owners) treated me with outright hostility. The younger one was agitated, but the elderly woman was unbelievably rude. Instead of apologizing, she came at me angry—as if I had done something wrong. When I asked about the refund, she literally yelled, “GIVE ME YOUR CARD,” in front of other staff. Even after I complied respectfully, she continued mumbling under her breath, visibly irritated, and then made a sarcastic comment to her technician dismissing the error as “no big deal.” If you think putting a 40 psi tire on a van that requires 80 psi is no big deal, you shouldn’t own a tire shop.

The technicians were polite, but the elderly woman’s behavior was unprofessional, hostile, and downright cynical. Instead of taking responsibility, she treated me like an inconvenience. This service shop is top notch. We were broke down and the owner Chris and Mechanic Jeff went above and beyond to help us fix our issues. They are an amazing shop and honest, caring folks who really do all they can to help you out. We highly recommend there services to any truckers in need. There prices are great. We will be telling everyone in the trucking industry about there little shop. For the 3 months I was at the Windmill farm , Quahana Service Center went above and beyond. Friendly , polite , and very caring. The company I was with had 8 trucks and boy did I pile the work up , and they even showed up at 3 am and gave excellent roadside assistance. I'm forever in their debt and they made a friend for life in me. I can't say enough good things about them. If you have desiel issues or simply need a tire change no problem.
