3A Tire — Local services in Quanah

Previously I came once to this business and I changed the tire. Back then I was very happy with this place. Yesterday, which was Saturday,  I came back to this business again. Last time I came to this business for the same exact problem that I had this time: to change the tire. When I arrived at the business I checked them on Google . It said  that they open 24 hours, but it doesn’t specify what kind of 24 hours ,also when I arrived at the business sign says " we are open but I may be out if you need me just call me" There is no sign of any type of hours of operations on the premises that’s suggests that they are closed on weekends. I contacted the owner of this business, he also did not tell me that they closed on Saturdays. He just said " I’m gonna send my guy to come and help  you to fix your tire" The owner did not tell me that they were gonna to  charge me extra for a weekend or after hours, he did not specify any prices, he just said he’s gonna come and do the job. After they finished ,the mechanic stocked me with the bill of $430. I was very surprised by  being charged so much, and then Mechanic told me that because it was the weekend and they had to charge me " call out". Also one of my tires was completely blown up ,so we put a spare in there and the second tire was very low on air .the mechanik assumed it was broken air valve. he changed the air valve, but he didn even check if the tire itself was ok.he put everything back together ,and 1 hour later I realised the same tire is low on air again.also he put the wheels in the wrong position .I had to go to a different tire shop to reposition my wheels and fix the tire...

Had a 1.5 hour wait for a AAA service car to come and change out my blowout for my spare just outside of Quanah. During my excessive wait time, I look up tire shops that are close by that offer 24 hour service, as I wasn't going to continue my 6 hour trip on a donut. There were two nearby but only 1 with five star reviews! I decide to go there once AAA shows up.

As I'm waiting, Brandon of B&J Tire Service rolls up and offers to change my tire for me. No catch. I had never contacted him and had no idea he was with B&J Tire Service until I got out to get my spare out of my trunk. I told him I had planned to go to his shop after the switch out and he led me there, going 45mph the whole way for safety.

We get there, and boy does this guy FLY through that tire swap! I was in and out of there in no more than 15 minutes!

Not only that, but he lets me know about a reimbursement options that AAA offers that I didn't even know about!!

Overral, great place! 11/10 would go there on good or bad...
