2 sentence about my experience tonight at Save-A-Lot I asked her African-American while he was going into the door if he had a razor knife so I could cut the bags off he said no I don't and just walked on in and so I had to poke holes in the bag until it got sent enough I could tear It Off but before I did that I went to the window passenger of the girl that was picking up the cashier and to see if she had a lighter or something that I could you know I would make it easier and she's like brush meat like get away from her car and I said that's what's wrong with this world and they both come on out the door went to their cars the African America pulled out and I was singing try a little kindness from Glen Campbell I've been in the customer service for years my last place I worked two and a half years I got 65 excellent service review sent to the corporation that's not counting the ones that they wrote compliment on my name card or went directly to the manager I mean there is always something you can do to respect that customer enough I spend $105 fare I'll be going back to Jefferson I guess even though it's farther away I was always treated friendly and respectfully there give me my Rob from the rich and give to the poor you know while she was waiting that could lock the door like I said let us have enough dignity to finish our shopping she could have wipe down the counter that everybody kept putting all the groceries on and bagging groceries she could have went down the what a cash register sits on she could have wiped the front windows while she was waiting there's always something to do to allow the customer to feel like dirt important and that they were glad that you can't I hope you have the owner reads this he will reprimand them thank you I don't usually do reviews but when it comes to customer service there's no excuse for indifference...

A friend from highschool works there now and shes quick at checkout. Never go ave any problems at this store. What I would really like to point out is about the fact you guys changed your yogurt brand. 2018 I would buy case after case of strawberry banana yogurt I don't remember what brand it was, But the old Brand was100 times better than what you guys have now. You would actually make more money just by switching back, Because they were actually the best tasting yogurts I've ever had. My little girl loved them also. You probably switched to help save the customers more money. The odds they switch back are slim, I would be happy just to get the name of the old Brands lol. People your mission should you choose to accept it. Track down 2018 Brand name of yogurt lol. My family has shopped at Save A Lot from day one, Low prices was blessing to us. Good store probably the most reasonable priced in Quincy The help is friendly and give the impression they want to be there. I enjoyed my visit and plane on more in the future. I would recommend this store toy friends. Main negative is the location. It's off the main paths so you have to hunt it down. Once found though...
