This used to be my go to shop for adult needs for me and my wife. I came in to check some things out before we came up together to ensure safety and the tattoo bald head bearded guy with the solid sleeve tattoo up his right arm first got rude with me because the machine says except ones, fives and tens but when you come in from outside in the sun, the white paper with yellow lettering on it says except $10 bills only OK excuse me I found out out of my own I did not need rude commentary, so I proceed to change two fives to $10 and he proceeds to be rude to me and all I was trying to do is just say well you know I couldn’t see that so I continue to go back to make sure the area is safe and typical creeps back there being creeps so I’m not going to bring my wife into that atmosphere so I decide to leave then this worker decides to run out the front door and snap a picture of me leaving with my license plate so I proceeded to walk back in and ask him why he needed to take a picture of my truck. I did nothing wrong to nobody I came in I check things out. I wasn’t satisfied so I left, he proceeded to tell me he did not take a picture of me however, I had him on my back up camera rear facing camera, showing him clearly picking his phone up, aiming it at my truck taking a picture and then quickly running inside if this is how you were going to be and you can’t respect peoples privacy obviously you need to look for a different job and if you get hurt because somebody said they clearly couldn’t read some thing because it’s on white paper with yellow Faded numbers that can’t be read when somebody comes in from the outside and they simply say they can’t read it and you want to get smart with them really is not good management process that was the last time that I will ever be there I will never spend another penny at that location, or any other of the...

This store has a lot of nice items and has almost everything but customer service is everything. The sales associates were nice but the owner is very rude. I called because an item I bought did not vibrate as it should, couldn’t make it back to the store same day or next day and couldn’t find a number for them because all the signs says “peeps” so how and I supposed to know the store is called “dixie video”???

So I finally figure it out, call, owner is super short. Tell him my problem, he goes “I got a store full of customers , I leave at 3, I can’t help you” … how is that my problem? I spent money in your store. You are ENTITLED to fix my problem. A solution to this would have been to say “ hey I’m really busy right now, can I take your number and call you back later to help u” … instead I’m out of my money and no product.

Hubby and I went in on Sunday morning, understanding it would be pretty dead. Sat in truck for about 10 mins or so to see if anyone showed up, the employee came out as we were getting out of truck to go in.. ok. We looked around the shop, average items at average prices. Asked the guy at counter, bald with face tattoo, about theater/ booths and price. $10 per person, ouch normal is $ 10 for guy/ girl is free..strike 2. Then asked about busy times..." we are ALWAYS busy" as I stood there with him, my husband and him and NO ONE ELSE. He was very disinterested because he was too busy watching wrestling. We drove from cincinnati to visit this establishment and we will NEVER come back.
