Villanova University Bookstore — Local services in Radnor Township

I miss the old(original) bookstore a ton. Yes it was in the center of campus and you had to park in another state but it was worth the walk.

Pros: -Parking -Easy access -pricing is tolerable -tons of merchandise -easy to walk around between racks and shelves

Cons- -dismal fluorescent lighting. Casts this depressing feeling as you walk around the store. The racks are filled to the gills with clothing it's insane. Sometimes when you try to look for a certain size as you go through the items on hangers, sometimes items fall off the rack and hangers because they're so over stuffed. I've been to this location two or three times since they opened at the outer edge of campus And have walked out Without making a purchase. I always purchased something at the...

Not a single person on staff has gotten back to me about my diploma frame order for over three months. I ordered my diploma frame in early May, and it took over a month for it to finally arrive at my home. And when it did arrive, the glass was completely shattered. I was able to return the frame to the bookstore in late July to avoid the expensive shipping costs for the replacement, but since then I haven't heard any update back on this order. I still don't even know if a replacement request was ever actually sent in. And whenever I've tried to call, no one picks up and I leave messages that are never returned. One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had to deal with, which is insane considering I paid over $200...

Go 'Nova! Tons of apparel, household items, office decor, etc. for all of your Wildcat needs. I love the place. Employees were very helpful when I visited, as my daughter wanted a Villanova door basketball kit and there weren't any on the shelves. They checked the stock room, computers, etc. and told me when they would arrive. Writing this in text doesn't give them enough credit - they really wanted to make sure I got one! I went back when instructed and there is now a wonderful Villanova door basketball hoop in my daughter's room. However, I didn't see a single book in the main shopping area but, of course, they are sold there. Changing the name on this site to "School Store" might be more...
