Off the charts good - seriously, this place is the real deal. Don’t wait to try it like I did. Costas and his family, including his beautiful mother, are doing authentic Greek food with the honor and respect it deserves. I can’t believe this was my first time here, but I guarantee that I’ll now be a loyal regular…and I don’t just live around the corner. It’s worth the drive. I got the Lemon-Chicken Soup (Avolegmono) - I couldn’t get enough of it. Chicken Souvlaki platter came with warm pita, tomatoe-cucumber Greek salad (I don’t even like tomatoes and I couldn’t stop eating this piled onto the pita with a tzatziki shmear), and a delicious rice pilaf. Ten out of 10 all around. Chicken was flavorful, moist, and plentiful - grilled to order and presented with intention atop the warm pita. But, wait - fresh, homemade lemonade - trust me, if you get it, you’ll want to come back JUST for this. Plenty of seating inside, but seems like they probably do a robust takeout/delivery business. Introduce yourself to Costas - you’ll be glad you did.

Stopped by here for a quick bite while on the road; the spot reminds me of my local college town go-to lunch spot! They had many different options from bowls to wraps and a food bar to customize your order too. The food was really good and authentic, it looks like a family owned spot based on the cooks, the food was definitely made with lots of love! The serving for the price was well worth it and the place itself was really clean!

If you want a sandwich with no taste, order the falafel gyro. My husband's chicken gyro similarly had no taste, with some of the chicken overcooked. The sandwiches looked good, but they were not. Ladies room was extremely clean.

Leaving this as a note to myself: the food is okay, but it's definitely overpriced. $5.95 for mediocre fries and a medium soda? $13.95 for a pita with some toppings? Meh. I was going to get a rice pudding, but I couldn't justify the additional $4.50.

The food was tasty, but those prices give me heartburn. Other pubs a short drive away are better bang for your buck.

The service is nothing to write home about. Dude at the counter seemed impatient when he asked me what toppings I wanted. Then he watched me eat...it was pretty uncomfortable.

The decor is super bland.

All in all, I likely won't be going back.

Edit: Love the response from the owner. "The prices are advertised. If you thought it was expensive, you could have left."

While the prices are plainly advertised, the lack of good service and the quality of the food isn't on the menu, now is it? Nor was the "young man staring at me while I eat" advertised on the menu.

The price isn't the issue. The price for what you get is. Anyway, to address the point you're making, I did leave. I'll never be back. Best of luck to you and your...

First time visit. Will also be our last.

Was met with a disinterested and negative-appearing employee. He rolled his eyes at my wife & I because we were unsure how to order a certain dish. She had to explain to him that it was our first visit and requested he be patient with us. He disregarded that comment and sped through the options. My wife ordered chicken skewers in a rice bowl and he decided he was only going to hear “chicken.”

A little while later, when I asked politely if he was alright or if they were a little busier than usual, he said “no why?” I explained to him that he seemed upset with us and he replied “I’m sorry you feel that way.”

Really? I explain that his body language and demeanor were very uninviting, and he apologizes for MY thoughts & feelings? I’m sorry. Being in Villanova, I assumed we would be met with professionalism and honor in every corner there. I’m sadly disappointed.

I cannot imagine I’d even consider...
