The new Villanova theatre building is beautiful. What a great place to go and enjoy an evening of theatre or other offerings. There are actually 3 performance spaces in the building - a small, black box theatre, a mid sized theatre with flexible/ changeable seating configurations, and a larger main stage theatre. There were 2 shows going the night we went so the lobby was a little crowded during intermission but that was the only downside I could see. A great building for great theatre! Go and check out a show!
We're on visit #2 watching a fabulous production of "Sunday in the Park with George. " This show is in the Topper Theatre, the largest of the three performance spaces. It, too, is a beautiful theatre with a fully equipped stage (fly space - for the theatre people) I prefer sitting in the middle but we were toward the side and these seats were great too. I can week well imagine this theatre would be great for any show or other...
