If I could give even less I would so I went to have a tv installed in our 18’ Chevy Suburban we told we wanted like original dealer type install and tv and we were charged $550 for basically a hooked up DVD player the dvd has to go directly to the player itself and not the stereo itself and when it’s playing it makes a noise not very pleasing! And when we called them back 10 mins after we picked up our truck to let them know we are not satisfied they basically said “oh well” because there is nothing they can do they do not give guarantee on the labor only if product is broke apparently and it was not installed correctly either because it moves and has a big gap between device itself and ceiling of our truck, very poor service both customer and installation! I bought a car audio system for my son at Christmas. I made an appointment and the system was put in wonderfully. This guy is top notch, wonderful attitude, positive, and energetic. Had an issue 6 months later with the wire connecting to the amp coming disconnected and was short. I was going to the beach the next day and he told me to bring the car by. He fixed in 5 minutes and at no charge. Asked my son how I was doing and genuinely cares about you. Best place around!
