Terrible slow service, the server said she was by herself and I feel bad for that, but it took us several minutes to even be approached after we were told to sit wherever. She walked up and simply asked for our drinks, and brought them probably 5 minutes later. The food took a long time as well, my order had fries which I did not order but was charged for a whole combo, even though I got water. We asked for refills and some cutlery/ketchup which took almost 10 minutes to receive. The food was good enough, but the service was obnoxiously terrible. The server allowed their children to run around loudly, climbing all over things, bumping into us and our tables, screaming in our ears as they passed. When we finally asked for checks, food was incorrectly divided AND she said the card machine was broken but conveniently they had an ATM. She asked one of our party if we could CASHAPP the owner which was insane. She paid that way, myself and another got cash from the ATM. She gave me incorrect change back too. I will never return to this company. I called my order in 25 minutes prior to going on my lunch break. When I arrived, I was told they were making my order. 5 mins later I was told that it would be 10 to 15 mins. I agreed and I explained to the manager that I was on my lunch break and I called ahead of time so that I would have time to eat. She made an excuse that they were changing the grease. I told her that she should've told me that out of courtesy for my time. She shrugged it off. After waiting a while longer, I was told that it would take even longer and they could just deliver it to my job. HOW WAS I GOING TO EAT IT BEING BACK AT WORK?! Unbelievable!! They literally wasted my entire lunch break and now I won't be able to eat until I get off. No apology. No remorse.

If you value you're time, don't waste it...

I love this place, the staff, owners and food. Chill place to hang out and have some food and drinks or just drinks. They have DJ's every now and again but, they are always listening to customers to see how they can improve and/or bring fun things to the venue to make you want to return. Tough times right now because of social distancing and such but they've persisted and will continue. The owners are customer focused and that makes a world of difference because it shows in the food. It might be BAR FOOD but, its flavorful and the way YOU want every time. Bring your man or woman, buddies or girlfriends and just relax and let them take care while you take an hour away from our harsh reality to have a drink with loved...
