Martin's Family Clothing — Local services in Rainbow City

I recently visited Martins and had a very unpleasant experience. As soon as my friend and I walked through the door, we were greeted with unfriendly and judgmental looks from the two girls at the front—one a redhead with piercings and the other with glasses and black hair.

Throughout our visit, we received no assistance or support. It felt as though our presence was a bother to them.

To make matters worse, when I was ready to leave, the associate who rang up my clothes did so incorrectly. When I went back to fix the mistake, the redhead and the girl with glasses very rudely told me to go to customer services, as if it were my fault.

Additionally, while we were in the dressing room trying on clothes, four associates approached us rudely and told us to "calm down" when we were simply trying on clothes to better their business. This was incredibly unprofessional and added to the negative experience.

This level of poor customer service is unacceptable and has left me with a very negative impression of Martins. I hope the management addresses these issues to prevent future customers from experiencing the...

Will never return! Shelly was the rudest associate I have ever had to speak to. I purchased items and lost the receipt. I called the store and asked before I drove over an hour , if I could return for a refund and the person I spoke with said yes and I will be glad to do that for you,. We can track the purchase with your card. Not the case. When I returned the items. Shelly told me I would not able to because I wasn’t a member of their rewards program. I explained again what I was told. I told her I would definitely be leaving a review . She slung her shoulders , made a face I then told her I would I be calling corporate, she said good go ahead rolled her eyes and asked if I wanted their number . I said yes. I do . I told her she should be ashamed of the way she’s spoke and she preceded to raise her voice at me. I told her don’t speak to Me that way and don’t raise her voice there was no need. New to the area and thought I've give this place a try, walked in the doors and 3 associates never even turned their head as they had their conversation amongst themselves, searched through the men's, no one offered help, went to the kids, still no offer to help as they never turned a head. So we needed shoes, let's go to that section, saw one associate helping another gentleman, we waited until they got done, then the associate went in the back and never returned.
