Decent selection. Customer service was hit or miss. Mr Warren was really kind, patient, and knowledgeable. You can see how much care he puts into the work he does. Kathleen/Catherine, whatever he name was, was pretty rude. I spoke with her on the phone, explained what I needed and asked if they can help, she snapped at me on the phone, stating "what exactly do you need". I explained again, including dimensions and all. She then asked me for dimensions, which I had already given her. I met with her in the store and she was pretty rude then too. I found the right combination of what I needed and she snapped at me yet again when I explained what I found in the store that would work. Then there is Sam. He offered to take the upholstery job if the store couldn't do it. I texted him the info and he confirmed he received it in the store. I didn't hear back for a week. Texted to follow up. Terrible customer service. They acted like I was an inconvenience by even asking questions. I knew what I wanted and sizes. They asked me to wait for a lady to come back from her break as she was the only one who could help. I walked around looking and waited. When she was back, she was almost annoyed by me wanting prices. It was so bizarre. She said she didn't know how to calculate the prices for the roman shades but maybe could give me a guestimate (I picked out three fabric options with prices and asked what they would run in the sizes I needed). Then they said I needed an appointment to order. I said ok but I had a friend just come pick things and I didn't see that information on your website and I just drove 45 minutes to get here. Price was ok. Service was lacking. Closing time was 8. I arrived at 5:30 but you would have thought it was 7:59. I asked the guy (nice enough) in the foam department about the vinyl and he directed me toward the upholstery department. One lady was vacuuming and ask if I needed some help without hardly stopping the vacuum. I was looking for some cording and was directed to another lady which showed me one product that was not what I really needed. She then directed me to another to show me some vinyl strapping then pointed me to the cotton cording(piping). I asked a question if they had a plastic version. (Back to the lady that was vacuuming which she had completed but seem like she was leaving- purse in hand) She essential said that is all they had and all I needed.
