I give this specific location (intersection of Capital Blvd/Durant Rd) 5 stars. Starting with their over-the-top customer service from four of my favorite employees TYLER, DALE, TAMALA, & LELAH! They know my voice as soon as I pull to that speaker. My order is always 100% each time. When I'm in a rush and I forget asking for extra ice, they've already got in prepared in a cup holder tray (along with extra napkins and a straw). The store itself is very welcoming (clean parking lots, trash cans are never over flowing like other locations, the bathrooms are always clean, the dining area is always spotless, the floors are kept swept and I ALWAYS see an employee mopping up something!) Whomever is managing this location is doing an excellent job and I would like to thank him/her for his/her training skills as well. This is the only Dunkin Donuts location I come to and I'll continue being a loyal customer due to the simple fact of the customer service itself. Again, big thanks to the staff memebers who always do a perfect job with my "complicated" order. No other location seems to get it right. Thank you TYLER, DALE, TAMALA, & LELAH! (My all time favorite from day one, TYLER AND DALE. Keep up the good work. I'm about to head that way now for some iced coffee. Read morethis is the worst dunkin i’ve ever been to. the very first time i went, the lady who took my order made my first drink & told me she was gonna take a break. after 10mins of waiting, she realized she had forgotten to finish my order. i was almost late to my job, thanks to her.
my second experience i ordered off of doordash. i ordered my food ($30 worth) & waited at least thirty minutes before notifying my doordasher. they messaged me back saying that my order had already been picked up — while part of the blame falls on doordash, why would they give my order to someone who wasn’t supposed to get it. i canceled the order & went to order again but doordash told me it was closed — as to if they actually closed or if the app glitched, i don’t know.
i waited more & doordash said they were opened again. i ordered the same thing as before (two iced coffees, one box of 25 munchkins, two bacon bits, two hash browns & two sandwiches). when the order came it was wrong. i had received my coffee, hash browns (which were both burnt & cold…??), munchkins — but i received two instead of one — & four sandwiches. they completely left off the bacon & the two of the four sandwiches were wrong. they were supposed to have american cheese but instead had white cheddar. the sandwiches also tasted freezer burnt or old?

So of course I ended up wasting my time the first time I went to pick up the cake. The next day I went and I waited for a while for someone to help me. There was a girl on her phone that couldn't even do her job without texting. she was leaning over the side counter texting ignoring the fact that someone was at the counter needing assistance. I watched her go make a coffee drink and text in between steps. Two other people saw me standing there and just walked away. Finally one of the employees came up and asked me what I wanted. I told them I needed to pick up a cake and he pointed at the cooler and was like one of those I said yes I ordered a cake. His response was well do you have a receipt or a name or something. I answered it with the name it was under. He left and came back and merely gestured that someone was I guess working on it. I am over dealing with Baskin Robbins. I hope the cake is worth it. I will be going elsewhere...
