RealFit Club — Local services in Raleigh

I’ve never been the gym type mainly because of the membership requirements and having to provide direct access to my checking account. RealFit does not require any commitment. I pay for a family plan monthly. I actually enjoy going to a gym, something I thought I’d never say. I’ve never felt judged and the trainers, who I think are all independent contractors, have always been helpful.

This goes to the management of the gym. The trainers are amazing and I enjoy going to the gym but when I actually need help with my membership there is no way to get in touch with management. The phone number hung up in the gym is not working, the chatbot on the page is not working either as soon as I try to ask it anything outside of the four options it offers. Awesome gym and staff. They have a great family rate and like zero red tape (little to no hidden joining/annual/cancel fees like all other gyms in the area do). I met the owner and his wife my first day visiting: they take great pride and passion in their work and just want to create a nice space for people to workout and be healthy.
