Was in the market for a new couch and after visiting a few stores nearby my family and I decided to stop by American Furniture. We knew what we did and didn’t want and in no way were we set on buying at this store. That was until we met Michael. He greeted us with a big smile without coming off as pushy or overbearing. We let Michael know our wants and needs for a couch, this man had an 6th sense and he instantly took us to the couch we ended up purchasing. This couch was big and beautiful. It felt built to last while also comfortable for my family and I. Michael explained the pros of the couch. He showed us all it was capable of and why we would love it. The price on it was more than fair compared to all others in the market. The warranty was what really assured us this was going to be our couch of the future. Purchase was smooth and pain free. Setting up the delivery was fast and we can’t wait to enjoy our purchase. I will definitely be back when we are in the market for more house furniture. Thanks to the crew at American Furniture. After searching for a whole week for a new setup all we needed was living room and dining sets. We went to most furniture store in Rancho Cordova, Folsom and surrounding. 02/08/2024 we had the pleasure of stepping in here and were greeted by Red. Red, unlike many others who are salesmen in every different store we visited has been also a service tech so he had a different mindset the whole time. He gave us space and answered all the annoying questions we had (it was a lot). He was not a pushy salesman at all! Just answering every question honestly and with much detail about the actual physical quality of the furniture.

After being there for a good amount of time we found what we needed and Red along with the manager helped us finalized the process which was very simple.

We bought a Flexsteel power reclining sofa, loveseat and reclining chair set here last summer. We looked at several different sets and our salesman Michael highly recommended the Flexsteel set, describing it as the best quality and longest lasting of the sets offered for sale. Unfortunately the power reclining mechanism on the couch has sharp edges on the recliner’s hinges that have cut through the interior fabric and the zipper on one of the seat cushions and now the cushion cover cannot be secured. Examining the couch carefully inside, we can see that there are no guards in place to prevent this from happening and it can certainly happen again with any of the other hinges and cushions. Very disappointed as we were led to believe this was a high quality product. It will be very difficult for us to try to make any sort of repair as the cushion cover extends over the leg rest and is not removable. Beware claims of...
