3 months waiting for custom furniture and it was never made! In November of 2020, I ordered a custom chaise chair. Anthony was very nice and accommodating with all of my questions and very friendly. I was sucked in unfortunately. I was told I would have chair by end on January. 1/23/21 - was told by Anthony that they are waiting for the leather to come in and that it would be another couple of weeks. This went on week by week....every time I called there was an excuse as to why it wasn't ready and I was told another week or two. By end of February I began to question whether or not my chair was even being made. I asked to see a picture of it or talk to the guy making it and was told I would be called, but he never called. This went on a couple more weeks and still no evidence of chair. I finally had to cancel my order. Through all of this Anthony was very nice - however nice doesn't get the work done. I was promised a product and never received it, and lost 3 months of time to get my chair and had to start all over. I had been searching for a round table that I liked for my new apartment but was not having any luck. An ad popped up on Facebook and I saw a table I immediately loved and messaged Anthony. He was so incredibly helpful answer all of my questions and form the time I saw the table to the moment it was delivered to the apartment was only 5 days. Paying an extra fee for the table to be set up was honestly the best choice because he had the table in and set up in about 15 minutes. It looks great and I’m so thrilled to use it!! I will definitely be checking out Comfort furniture FIRST next time I need to make any new purchase...

This place is great! My family and I just moved into the area and looking for new furniture and this place was the first listed. When we got there, John helped us out. He’s so nice! My family was so picky and John was so patient with us. He showed us so many options to choose from. We got a dining set and a queen bedroom set for under our budget.
