We were able to design and order a bookcase (the dimensions were such that we couldn't find a bookcase that would fit anywhere), and also a dining hutch - which also needed specific dimensions. George (the owner) and his team were incredibly easy to work with. We designed the exact pieces that we wanted, from their showroom models, and stipulated the number and depth of the shelves, drawers, overall height, width, depth, etc. Both pieces were delivered with careful attention, by professional movers, and the bookcase and large dining hutch are a constant source of pleasure to look at. We highly recommend George and his company. The furniture is made from solid mahogany, there are a lot of paint colors and stains to choose from, and they are great at communication, reliable, and sent us photos of the bookcase and hutch throughout the build process. Just wish we had found them before we bought our other furniture! After countless hours of searching on Wayfair, we found a fabulous, unique, gorgeous dining room table perfect for our space and style… We learned it was being provided by folks at Casual Elements (on the other side of the country from us), and the amazing Robbie fielded our numerous questions about the table, both on the phone and via text, and also shared additional photographs with us. Casual Elements did an immaculate job packing the table, and they were in clear communications with us about when it shipped and when it would arrive. We had multiple questions across multiple months, and each and every time they came through with speedy, professional, patient, and reassuring answers to our inquiries. Casual Elements helped us to build the backyard of our dreams. George, the owner, is the person that you will want to hire on every home project. He is responsive, kind, professional, honest, patient, responsible, and keeps his word. Casual Elements custom made our metal shade structures, built an outdoor kitchen with a gas grill, burner, sink, and mini fridge, custom counter-height island, and a beautiful modern gas firepit. George personally designed and had his team build everything to our specifications, and it turned out even better than we envisioned. We are very happy with our new patio.
