I really love this place bur the 3 times i ordered food from here something was wrong. 1st experience i ordered $80 worth of food only to get home and seen there was potato taquitos instead of the chicken i ordered. My boyfriend ate 1 not knowing what it was. He said he didn't like their chicken taquitos. Sobi ate 1 and realized it waant chicken. I live a good 15 to 18 min away i didnt not feel like going back. I called to let them know what happened and they told me they ran out of chicken. Im like thats fine but let the customer know... I wouldn't have got that. They tell me to bring what we have left and they will reimburse me. Im like i didnt eat with my family and i have to drive all the way there and back with nothing for my inconvenience. Similar situations after. I always leave a tip but i dont think they care about customer service and making rhere...

Love the store and the food in the restaurant is great as well. Unfortunately today that expectation got the best of me. I decided to have a quick torta for breakfast today while I was picking up an Amazon package. The order taker could not understand me saying "al pastor torta for here with a cup of water" 3 times..even with the help of a Spanish speaking customer. After finally getting the order right..she made the kitchen staff lean on the bell 4 times to pick up the order... I was the only one there... Just as I decided to leave..she dropped the bag on the table with no water...I left the torta right where she dropped it...I will still give the store 4 stars...the rest of the staff...

2 Authentic home Mexican style tacos.1.50 thats right. With celentro baked chicken grillef onions and jalapeño. Pico de gallo. Soooo gooood i had to resist getting another 2 tacos. Pastry is off the map good too.........lol i got the Macaroon and the Chocolate coconut.Yummm.and the coffee was great . and the place is very very clean plenty of seating and its also a grocery store .Best deli Ever... .Im making it my Mexican food go to. Goodbye All you fast food Mexica wana be fast foods. Including Alderbertos. ...This is like a short trip to Cabo....I Love...
