Amazing service and quality. I must have called 6+ big box jewelry stores in town to ask about soldering turn around time and they all were 4+ weeks and wanted to mail my ring across the country to their shop.

I was convinced that I was going to go without soldering because I wasn’t okay going over a month and then I found Chuck online. Not only was it a fraction of the price other jewelers were quoting, it also wasn’t going to be shipped across the country.

The best part? He had my rings resized and soldered in SIX HOURS. No rush charge, no “I can’t do that”, I got “I can do that, no problem.”.

Chuck is the most pleasant customer oriented person you could ask for. I am on a six month RV trip and broke the nose bridge on my eyeglasses. I found Chuck’s shop on the internet and went to his shop at 2:15 p.m. I explained my problem and told him I was leaving the next morning. He said he would “try” to fix the glasses and he would call when he was done. At 3:26 he texted and said the glasses were done. I returned to the shop and the glasses looked brand new. You cannot tell they have been repaired and they are stronger than when new. I cannot say enough good things about Chuck and his work. He is a true artist. Chuck is the MOST AMAZING ARTIST. I was turned down by dozens of jewelers who didn't want to help create my dream wedding ring from a natural topaz I rockhounded. He was a joy to work with, re designed a complex 'twig look alike' ring several times until all was perfect, and even made a coordinating ring for my husband last minute. His skill, creativity, great attitude, and very reasonable prices made me 100% sure I will NEVER go to another jeweler even though I don't even live in south Dakota anymore.
