This place is HORRIBLE. I went in for the first time and was told they needed to do lab testing, i said i was not wanting to do it today and was hoping to schedule that for a day i felt more prepared to get my blood drawn. I was then chewed out by a grown women (i’m a child.) And she tried to deny me birth control. I got a new doctor for the time being and everything seemed fine until i realized she was definitely holding a grudge on me. i was told they would only take some blood to run one test, they ended up taking 12 vials of my blood. mind you they lied to me and i notified them i was anemic, yet they proceeded. I ended up passing out after my blood was drawn and nothing was done to help me. i had to come in later to get an iv infusion, the nurse ended up placing the iv into my TISSUE and blamed me… i kept saying something felt wrong and i was in a lot of pain from the beginning. They kept telling me it was just going to be uncomfortable and gave me hot packs. My entire arm was frozen and swelled to the point you could not see my wrist of elbow. after 1.5 hrs of the infusion i started bawling and trying to get help. They finally came in and stopped it. He claimed “i moved too much and messed up the iv.” when i only moved to use the restroom. Why would i move or touch it when i don’t like ivs…? They are denying me doctors notes for school and practice and i had to go to the er to get more help for my constant pain. These people are liars, do not care for you, do not follow proper protocols, are medically negligent, immature, and quite honestly ghetto. It’s seriously concerning and the establishment should entirely be looked into by legal...

The dental receptionists except for the male employee are consistently rude and unhelpful. When I went up to the counter to check in on 10/23/25, the woman at the far left side of the desk ignored me for several minutes. When she finally acknowledged me, she seemed irritated by having to ask me basic questions that are part of her job.

She then told me there was a “line” and that I had to move to the other end of the desk, but there wasn’t actually a line. It honestly felt like she just didn’t want to help me. I waited where she told me to, but she was still the only receptionist available, so I ended up having to go back to her. She made me wait again before finally checking me in.

This encounter made me feel awful. It’s not the first time I’ve had a negative experience with her, but this was by far the worst. I don’t understand how she continues to be employed there because I can’t imagine I’m the only one who’s complained.

To make things worse, she tried to make small talk with my 7 year old daughter as if to deflect the situation. It’s frustrating that she could easily speak to a child but couldn’t even show basic respect or courtesy to the adult customer she was helping. I have dental insurance and I’m seriously considering taking my family’s care somewhere else because of how uncomfortable and dismissed...

Hopefully they keep an eye on “Dr.” Webb, their chief of medicine, who (before his time at Oyate) seemed more interested in preaching Christianity to his patients than addressing their medical needs. When I took a relative to their appointment with “Dr.” Webb, he first lectured them about smoking - which is fair, but entirely useless to someone with advanced lung and brain cancer - and then asked them about their relationship with Jesus and the need to get right with god before death. He was then content to wrap up the appointment, until I reminded him that he hadn’t even mentioned the issue we’d been scheduled to see him for. He didn’t seem to have much time for us when it came to the actual medical part of the appointment. Presumably, we were supposed to go home and pray about it. Sure, it’s one visit, but it’s not like he took to preaching and ignoring the medical issues because he was tired or having a bad day. Rather, it shows a profound lack of professional foundations and common decency. Needless to say, it’s a bit concerning to find this guy has failed upward into leadership of an Indigenous peoples’...
