I would give zero stars if I could. I am FURIOUS at how my mothers dogs were treated during their stay for boarding!!! One of her dog's takes apoquel for his allergies every day or he will get skin infections and itch. She left him with 8 days of medication which is the exact amount he would need. He was returned to my mom with SIX days of medication left and his skin was orange from chewing himself so much! This is inexcusable!!! It takes two seconds to wrap a pill in something and give it to him. The only reason I can think he wouldn't get his medicine would be laziness or terrible organization. Her other dog is blind and gets disoriented in a new environment so we told them she just needs to be shown where her food and water are and she will eat and drink with no problem. They said no problem at all, they can do that. When my mom picked them up she looked like she hadn't eaten or drank in a week. She look so bad she thought she might have to put her down. When mom called to check on them throughout the week, they said everyone was doing great, which was obviously a LIE. I was initially glad they were staying at a vets office since I was sure they would be taken care of. I'm so sorry to say I was wrong and I feel so guilty about it. if you can't take care of two elderly chihuahuas better than this then your staff doesn't need to be working with animals at all. I will never put my trust in your clinic ever again and I hope nobody else...

Will not lie or hide it. As a level 4 local guide for the area, i reported your comment as inappropriate and slanderous Peaches. Not only based on every single other comment here. Based on the fact this is my vet, my moms vet, my sisters vet, as well as so many others. They recently neutered my Simon. He tried to eat my sister and i up for putting him in the cat carrier. They are so wonderful and put the animals at ease so well, they picked him up sat him in the carrier without any trouble what so ever. He sat there and let them. $35 to neuter, $22 for all feline shots. $57 to neuter with full vaccinations. Show me where i can beat that. Amazing, Love them, Don't even remember what we did before they where here. Been family vet...

My wife brought a kitten we had just rescued to get a check up, shots, ect. The customer service was poor. Misspelled pet name after repeating it multiple times, had to ask for a flea medication 3 separate times and still after being charged did not receive the flea medication. Unfortunately my wife didn't realize until she got home but with how poor the service was we are going to purchase medication with another vet.

All in all we got proper charts, information, and to the best of my knowledge our kitten received adequate care. It is just unnerving to place our pet, who we care for very much, in the care of business that is disorganized, rude, and just doesn't seem to care...
