I got a CT scan in the Raymond, NH facility.

THE GOOD: • Hardly any waiting time for the appointment. • Professional staff. • Good price in comparison to most places. • Results were analyzed and available online within a couple of hours.

THE NOT SO GOOD: • On the phone, option 3 (to make an appointment) was going to voicemail. I tried for days and never got anyone to answer. Eventually I tried option 4 and the person there was very friendly and helpful.

THE BAD: • I had a quick question about my CT scan. I submitted the question through the portal and Lauren Sullivan refused to pass it to the doctor. Why a marketing manager feels entitled to evaluate the validity of medical questions is beyond me. This left a rather negative feeling on an otherwise positive experience. If it wasn't for her this would have been a 4-5...

I went to Derry Imaging to get a CAC scan. Although my insurance wouldn’t pay for it, the $200 was well worth it. I arrived about 15 minutes early, but that was good because it took about that long to fill out the typical medical paperwork. Just as I finished, the medical assistant called my name and led me to the area where the scan was done. The entire procedure took about 15 minutes. Their staff was very professional and friendly. The results were sent to my doctor in anb 2 days and he forwarded them to me. I now have a baseline number and can see if my healthier lifestyle will have an effect on it. i was super excited that it was so super close and convenient! of course until it took 4 times showing up for an x ray and they didn’t get the fax referral and after the confirmation going back, still didn’t have it!! even though my dr. office was on the ball trying to email them ( no email) tried to call them (NO DIRECT PHONE LINE ) and couldn’t email them because they do t have an email either!!! this is absurd!!! when i finally got in it took less than 5 minutes for the whole thing!!! and there was NOT A SOLE in there for they probably couldn’t get in!!!! hope to god they get there act together!!!!! i will go anywhere else from...
