Recently we had Shawn rebuild the deck on our house. Shawn came out to the house and met with us, we sat down and reviewed the rough drawings I had thrown together. Shawn had some great ideas, and he took the "ball" and ran with it. Once he had a final plan and estimate put together, we reviewed it and gave Loos Construction the green light. We were very impressed with the work done, his crew and the care they took to not disturb our existing yard and landscaping, both of which they had to work around. They kept me updated on any changes or surprises they ran across, and always asked my opinion on how I would like them to proceed. His Crew, led by Roger, were very determined, skilled and friendly. The weather conditions were not the best during the construction time frame, but that did not delay them, they worked right through it. The jobsite was kept clean and organized every night before they left each day. When the project was completed, Shawn came back out and inspected it to make sure it met his requirements and made sure we were happy with the results, which we were! I recently contracted Loos Const. Inc. to finish my basement, and I want to heartily recommend them to everyone. Shawn Loos explained the bid process well, answered all my questions through out the whole process. The Loos construction crew, and all the Sub. contractors they used, were knowledgeable, and nice. I felt they cared about my home needs. My basement was done by the time they said they thought they could complete it, and at the end of each day they swept the construction area and left it neat. Loos Construction remodeled our kitchen/dining area. Thanks to LCI's suggestions, we have a beautiful kitchen and an entry way on the back of the house (designed so washer/dryer could be installed there). The suggestions offered by LCI were things that we would never have thought of. I would highly recommend LCI if your wanting a kitchen remodel.
