Overall, I was disappointed with my experience working with this company, even though I was ultimately happy with how my makeup turned out on the day of my wedding.

I found the management team difficult to work with and I often felt dismissed or that my requests were seen as unreasonable rather than part of the normal planning process for a bride. That tone really set the stage for the rest of my experience.

I also want to flag that the pricing structure felt unclear and overly complicated. I frequently encountered unexpected fees and add-ons, which left me feeling like I was being nickel-and-dimed. Additionally, there was a strong emphasis placed on the importance of sticking to their schedule — to the point that it felt like their timing was prioritized over the bride's comfort and experience, which was frustrating to navigate.

Regarding my individual makeup artist: while they did deliver a look I was happy with on the wedding day (which I appreciate), the trial sessions leading up to the event were not encouraging. I found it difficult to communicate my preferences and didn’t feel fully heard when sharing what works best for my features. That lack of collaboration left me feeling uneasy and unsure in the lead-up to the big day.

Extremely happy with our decision to book with Flawless Hair & Makeup for my wedding hair/makeup. Nicole did my hair/makeup and she is so unbelievably talented. I ended up doing 2 trials before the wedding, as the makeup I thought I wanted at the first trial was just not “me”. At my second trial, Nicole gave me honest feedback/input and for someone who doesn’t know much about makeup, this was extremely helpful. She really listened to me and heard what I was saying. She helped put together a makeup look that was more “me”, and made me feel confident and beautiful. We rented out the studio for the morning of and they allowed us to bring in food, mimosas, hook up our own playlist, etc. The vibes that morning were perfect, with lots of cute picture spots & comfortable seats for everyone. With 3 stylists they got through 20 applications extremely efficiently, and allowed our photographer/videographer to stop in for a few getting ready photos before heading out. Cannot recommend this...
