I will start off by saying that everyone I’ve spoken with in this salon has been polite. On two different occasions I have called ahead and made an appointment here to get a dip manicure, and debated leaving a review after the first frustrating visit, but decided to give it one more try because I have never left a bad review anywhere. When I called to make the appointments, one was scheduled at 5:00 and the next was at 5:15. They closed both days at 6:30 according to the hours posted online and on the door to the shop. They hurried through both appointments and rushed me straight out the door and followed me out after both, which ended before 6:00. I could understand if I was a last minute appointment or a walk in but I called ahead and we agreed upon the service and time before hand on the phone. I would have preferred it if they told me on the phone that they would need more time and asked me to schedule an earlier appointment. The manicures have both been poor quality compared to other local places I’ve been and they charged $40 before tip, which is more than other salons within a 15 minute drive. They left the thick dip powder all around my cuticles and under my actual nails both visits and did not even fully remove the dip I had on before starting my manicure. They did not trim my cuticles and left the edges of my nails without polish on both occasions, as well. There are other salons within a 20 minute drive or less that have better quality, communication, and prices than this one. Very comfortable atmosphere. I have not had to wait when i make an appointment. I can show them a design and they make it happen. They did both feet and hands on a walk in. Neither rushed to get me done and out. They did an amazing job. I will be the first to say that my feet needed a lot of TLC as they were way overdue. They did great and I will definitely be going back as much as I can....
