Great bbq place located right in the middle of Red Bud . Staff and the owner were there and both were super friendly. They serve you complimentary pork rinds if you're so inclined . I absolutely recommend getting them . Perfectly crisp and seasoned up with their house rub. Would be a little better if they served them hot but still excellent. We ordered the sampler Platter. It includes pulled pork, brisket , ribs and a hot link . Pork and brisket were both cooked well and had plenty of moisture left in them . They serve baby back ribs here . Cooked perfectly as well . Tonight I started with the burnt ends as my appetizer graduated to the brisket entrée with hush puppies and french fries. My waitress Abby was sensational and deserves five stars herself. The food was out of this world. The meat is succulent and the sauce, don’t even get me started on the sauce. I’m currently contacting a medical professional in regards to receiving a transfusion. This was my first time trying this restaurant; I have to say I'm highly impressed. The restaurant is kept immaculately clean and my server was very friendly. I ordered the pork steak platter which comes with two sides and a corn muffin. For my sides I choose the sour cream potato salad and the creamy Cole slow; both of which were delicious.
