⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great stay at Home2 Suites Redding! Clean, spacious rooms with a pull-out couch and divider—perfect for families. Loved the well-equipped gym, outdoor pool, and the yummy free breakfast with a make-your-own sandwich bar. Convenient location right off the highway. Highly recommend! @hilton #tiktokgostay #onagosee #hilton #traveltiktok

Serious unsafe and unsanitary issues led to a horrible and miserable experience. First of all, we've stayed at well over 10 hotels/Airbnb this year alone and all of them are pet friendly, there's no allergies that we know of, all we know is our 6yo can't physically be in the same room with cats. I spoke with the General Manager: Eric Barber, and asked for a full refund (2 nights). He offered to refund one night, I disagreed. He was very arrogant, rude, condescending, etc., said "ok, you're going from 1 free night to zero free night. Have a nice day!". How I felt was, I'm not here to ask for a free night, I'd rather pay full price and not have my son had to go through what he did, so in my eye, we had already paid!! We got to our hotel at like 10pm, checked in and got the kids (6 and 1.5yo) back to bed. Out of no where, I heard a cat . My son is allergic to cats so immediately woke up my husband to go find this cat. Found it right under the bed, called the front desk, someone came up, they didn't believe us and asked to turn on the lights so he could see the cat. Looked over and my son looked like this, he was sneezing, nose and eyes were red and runny, immediately got out of the room, sent my husband to get some meds for him. We changed room, long story short, my son didn't want to get in the new room and then couldn't fall asleep kept thinking there's another cat in the room, etc.. At like 1am when we finally got settled in, we found out the fridge was not working. We got downgraded in our room: from a suite to a room (understandable, maybe no more room) and the fridge didn't work caused the baby food and milk to spoil and what happened to my son. So yes, we had already paid a very high price for our stay. Staff was friendly however.

I travel over 200 days a year and review hundreds of hotels—and I can honestly say this is by far the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The entire staff is fantastic. When you're away from home for so long, the people around you become your comfort zone, and the staff here truly made me feel at home. With over 30 years of experience in maintenance for apartments and hotels, I know exactly what goes into keeping a place running smoothly. That’s why I was so impressed by the exceptional service I received from the manager, Rich. I noticed the shower head seemed blocked and, even though the maintenance team was away, Rich personally took it upon himself to replace it. Sure enough, it was clogged, and he handled it with such professionalism and care. I also had the pleasure of meeting Jeremiah from the maintenance team—another standout. He was brilliant and clearly dedicated to his work. Keep up the amazing work, everyone. You’ve truly created a “home away from home,” and I can’t thank you enough. God bless. And if your an avid off-roader like I am stay here! Also breakfast needs some work the breakfast bowels are the best please consider them. So 2 marks down are food and no Diamond Parking

Very well appointed Suite. I have never seen a dishwasher in a hotel room before. I realize all the rooms are suites however I was pleasantly surprised to see a small kitchen (no oven or cook top) there is a microwave, apartment sized fridge, plates, glasses cups and cutlery. Even a toaster and pasta strainer! this is obviously a place someone could stay, comfortable, for a long time. Additionally a large couch (folds into a bed) 2 working desks, a push away dinning table, ironing board/iron and a laundry service. Good sized bathroom with lotion, soap, shampoo/conditioner and body gel. large sized TV and plenty of storage. There is free internet however it is not fast enough for high quality streaming nor uploading. You can add on faster service for $5/day.|The pool was closed but looked very nice, gym was small but well appointed, lobby sitting area was very nice and the continental breakfast is supposed to be very good. We just arrived so I've not been there yet.|Staff was very nice and helped me locate one of those suitcase moving carts. |This particular hotel is in an area with many other hotels (Marriot/Fairfield, Quality Inn and Motel 6) the less expensive the hotel, the closer to the highway. I believe we paid $152 plus tax however it is the day before Thanksgiving so I'm not sure if it's the regular price. Finally the best thing they take DOGS! we seem to be the only people here with a pet. Approx a mile of easy walking around the hotel, poop bags and someone is doing a good job of picking up extra garbage. Pictures posted on the website are what you can expect to see...

I would recommend this hotel 1000 times if I could! As someone who travels for a living, and stays at Hilton’s frequently, this one is by far one of the best hotels that I’ve stayed at. To start off, the staff is wonderful!

From the beginning of the check-in process, to the cleaning, staff and housekeeping staff, everybody is extremely accommodating and nice, and do their jobs very well. We requested some sheets an additional towels, and they showed up to our room in a matter of minutes, as opposed to other hotels were, it has taken hours to receive items we requested.

I even ordered some food and did not place a room number on the order. Despite the fact that the food was just left at the front desk, the staff went out of their way to find my room, call me, and personally hand deliver the food to my room. This is just one of many examples in which the staff exhibited above and beyond customer service when they didn’t have to.

The hotel is quiet (which is a huge plus if you like sleeping in and don’t want to hear your neighbors). The rooms are clean, very well-maintained and well-kept, the sheets are clean and soft, and everything smells great - lobby, elevator and room. Everything is truly top notch!

The amenities are wonderful, and the fitness center offers more equipment than most other hotels that I’ve stayed at.

This hotel is what all Hiltons should aspire to be like. Truly a great experience and hoping that I get the pleasure of coming and...
