Ashley Furniture Distribution Center — Local services in Redlands

I ordered a new table with four chairs off of ashleys.com online April 23rd paid full payment from prepaid debt card, receive the chairs the following week received the table 3 weeks later everything was to be here on or by May 1st on May 6th Ashley's Furniture went in and debited my card another $76.11 I have contacted the company several times regarding my table they had said it was on back order and kept changing the delivery date. I have contacted they several times regarding the extra money they debited my account , i was told by a employee there system was down and someone who call me back and i called on hold a hour then a automated messenger comes on and tells you to leave a message and someone will return your call in 72 hours still no response. Now because it's a prepaid card that I order with online instead of using my bank account I was advised they have to cancel that card and send out a new one to me since I am disputing the transaction I should not have to be going through this Ashley's Furniture is a big company they should be more attentive to their customers and this should have never happened I will never order from them again worst...

Liz was so amazing with helping my great-aunt as she is in a special season in her life and can be unsure of the price, quality and someone to trust when purchasing furniture. Liz made sure that she was comfortable with her choices and that it was reasonable. She was getting tired walking around so Liz rushed to bring her a wheel chair. She was very fast and gave every possible discount that she could. Her personality was so amazing with laughter and her hospitality was impeccable. She made sure that when talking about payment options, it was in private. I can’t say enough about her customer service! It fault like I knew her for years. This distribution center has a SERIOUS LACK of COMMUNICATION with the retail stores in the Louisiana area !!! I ordered a leather sofa in July with an approximate due date of 8/6/2020. After calling to see if sofa has arrived, Shreveport warehouse has no whereabouts of my sofa, states that 2 will arrive in end of August, and that mine MAY be arriving in the end of OCTOBER !! REALLY ?!!!!! Are you getting them to tan the cows' hides to make this sofa ? Will NEVER buy another piece of furniture from an Ashley Homestore or Ivan Smith Furniture store EVER AGAIN !!!! This distribution center doesn't even deserve 1 star, but has to be put to leave...
