We recently purchased a couple of ProClub shirts, but we accidentally grabbed the wrong size. All we wanted was a simple exchange—an XL for a Large—for our son. The shirts were brand new, unworn, and in perfect condition.

Instead of assisting with what should’ve been a quick and easy swap, the sales associate falsely claimed there was “pet hair” on the items. That accusation was completely unfounded. The shirts had been handled with care and were in the same condition as when we bought them.

This wasn’t just poor service—it was dismissive and unprofessional. Any retailer that values its customers would’ve honored such a basic exchange without hesitation. The lack of accountability and refusal to do the right thing speaks volumes about how little this store values customer loyalty.

We won’t be spending another dollar here. There are countless other stores that offer better service, respect their customers, and understand the importance of simple customer care. If you want a smooth shopping experience and fair treatment, take your business elsewhere.

This store made it clear: they don’t deserve ours.

My Wife recently Purchased a couple proclub shirts, but got the wrong size. All she wanted to do was even exchange the shirts for the correct size for our son. She got an XL but needed a Large. The shirts have never been worn and in perfect condition! The sales guy complained about “pet hair “which was false as you can see. Its a shame and disappointing that he wouldn’t evenly exchange what we paid for and so our son can fit in his clothes appropriately. They don't care about the customers or their service to make them happy. I would recommend another Discount outlet Store that would handle these situations in a more professional manner. I will no longer be going to this store they definitely lost business for a simple, even exchange. There are many other stores that would honor this with no problem.
