Terrible experience. I placed an order over the app under a guest checkout and the app never asked for my name so I assumed that it would’ve been under some kind of code or something.
When I got there I explained that it never asked for my name and I was ready to explain what my order was and this guy with a long brown beard gave me a bad attitude for no reason.
When he said that my order should have my name on it regardless I said “oh uh then it should be under John because that’s my name”
And then he cut me off and said “Oh well then THERE YOU GO” with an attitude, slid the bag with my sandwich at me and walked off.

Read moreI was just thrown out of this store because I am not medically able to wear a face mask and our governor has mandated it for everyone who is able. When I explained this to the employee who had told me they would not serve me without one she said unkindly, "We don't care and won't serve you. You need to get out." There were no other customers in the store and the two employees were wearing their masks. I appreciate those who can and do wear masks, they are helping people like me who can not, but this woman was absolutely rude. I would give anything to be able to wear one and not be constantly harrased! Subway, please educate your employees in CA on what the governor's mandate...
Read moreThis was perhaps the worst subway experience I have ever had. So let’s start off here.
I made order online and when I get to store an hour after I made it, the sandwiches (2 of them) are not done.
The sandwich type I wanted (tuna) was no longer available and they still had the audacity to charge me for it.
I ordered cookies for a kid I was watching over and guess what? No cookies and they still charged me for it.
To top it all off…. The toaster is broken so my sandwich probably cold as heck.
