Stater Bros. Markets — Local services in Redlands

I shop from this location at least ones a week. There’s been times where the incorrect item was charged but I assumed the price was the same. This last two visits I stated paying attention on how much I was being charge. My last visit I was charge with the incorrect apples. The ones I got were 59 cents less per pound than the once they charged me with. Today I picked up 9 cilantro bundles at 69 cent each for my rabbits and the older man at the register asked how many I had. I told him 9 and then he proceeded to count them and charged me for 10. I didn’t say anything because I assumed I had made a mistake but as soon as I got in my car I took them all out of the bag and confirmed that I only had 9. If they make mistakes this often how much have I been over charged in the last 7 years since I stated shopping at this location. It is the closest grocery store to my home and because of this I have to continue to shopping there, however I will start paying more attention and speaks up when they make mistakes and I urge you to...

The bakery at this location gives the worst service ever went in to order a cake for my daughter‘s birthday the lady at the time was wiping down glass and taking pictures instead of helping me right away she made me wait til she was done doing what she was doing instead of helping to take my order, so I went an started picking out a cake from the options they had in there book an grabbed a sheet and started filling out the order form then she wants to come and ask what I wanted to order an i told her I’m filling out the cake since my daughter picked the one she wanted she asked which one it was to see if they even had it so she walks to the back to “see” if they had the kits for it an of course she comes back and says they didn’t have any at all!!! Funny right! Most people hate there jobs but staters do better to teach your workers better...

Hello I’m a child care worker that makes 26.40$ per hour. I came in tonight to pick up some coffee, cookies and Ice Cream. I’m a former employee of Stater Brothers and I know they send people to follow suspicious shoppers and pretend to sweep and stock Isles. They have the black employees do it so it doesn’t seem racist. I came in at 8:30 pm with a two week old baby in a stroller (Strollers are always suspicious) and my 10 year old son . I am of black decent and they had two black men follow me in every isle. They kept asking me if I was finding everything okay. I left all the food at the counter and showed the supervisor that night my bank cards and asked him which one he preferred me to use.
