My previous review and my wife’s were deleted. They are trying to hide it but our child got a big scratches in this childcare, no one did not explain what happened and then they just completely refused to work with us without any apologies. It was so rude and unprofessional. They also didn’t give us any reports of what’s happened although licensed childcares should do this but they doesn’t want work as they should. I bet they will respond on my review that they doesn’t have us in their records but I have all photos and screenshots of our messages to this provider. Unfortunately I can’t attach it because of Google’s rules. We left a few reviews on social medias and now they slander us that we are make fake accusations and threaten us that they will file an inspection against us and we will be held responsible for our words. But we are telling the truth, while the owner of the childcare Olga Martynova and the administrator of the childcare and her daughter Yulia blame us instead of resolving the conflict.
