Microsoft is a scam double company they need to help people that have problems trying to recover their account if I have the password and name I should be fine instead Microsoft close the account and now we cannot open it after we spend thousands of dollars on these video games for these kids it's been 3 years since my son hasn't played, Microsoft will not let him recover his account we tried so many times for years and I'm still upset about this, no operators no kind of help is the cheesiest is because they don't want you to recover your account instead they want you to spend again more money, scammers scammers scammers scammers.
