I was seen a few months ago for Audiology on a referral. I did a follow up referral to be seen by their ENT. When scheduling in December, I'm told my Audiology testing from September isn't valid. Okay. Whatever.
Come today, I call to confirm my appointment and find out the ENT portion of my encounter isn't going to be available, as the doctor has taken off. So I ask if it's even worth being seen as apparently an Audiology exam isn't valid a few months after the fact. I'm put on hold so they can talk to one of the nurses.
What was conveyed to me is that it's at the discretion of the doctor to ask for a new test, but your previous one isn't invalid. Okay. Can I just be scheduled for the ENT portion? No. You need to have a new exam by the Audiologist before the ENT can see you.
So we get to rescheduling, and I'm told a few dates and times and agree to one. Oh wait, no, that wouldn't work. I give the person a couple minutes to get their ducks in a row and told them to forget it.
I'm not sure how much you people value the health or time of your patients, but this was a super miserable experience. Apparently the doctors are only here a few times a month which makes the scheduling tight, but then having to play back and forth when a person can't even interpret what's on a screen in front of them is hilariously awful. Furthermore, I'm not paying several hundred dollars multiple times for testing that I've had done at this location, when I don't even care about the results and wanted to see an ENT for a non-hearing related issue. Unless this is a way to get more money out of a patient, in which case it...
Read moreIf I could leave zero stars I would. My doctor did a procedure incorrectly, and admitted it immediately after. She did not fix it on the spot and when I was experiencing discomfort the next day I called to get an appointment or at the very least talk to a nurse. No one called me back for a day and a half. When I finally got an appointment several days later, she still didn’t fix the mistake and only referred me to another doctor who I couldn’t get into for a MONTH! Worst experience at a clinic, terrible customer service, they are ridiculously slow in returning calls/messages. Totally unacceptable care and I would never recommend...

Want to be surrounded by practitioners who never ever listen to you or your needs? How about a records system that never keeps track of any urgent care visits (even back when they did so) because that might keep them from performing and charging you for MORE UNNECESSARY TESTING. Here’s the...
