I will say I am personally unsatisfied with this company. A few months back I had put together a computer after ordering parts online, and it shut off after 30 minutes and did not turn back on. I brought it in after some personal tests, saying that the issue was most likely the motherboard or the power supply. Thing is, I tested a working power supply and that most likely wasn't the issue. I informed them of this and they said they would look into it. A few days later I get a call from a technician saying that they think it was a power supply issue as the computer wasn't getting power to turn on. I informed them I tested a working power supply and that wasn't the problem, and asked if they tested my power supply on a working computer or swapped it out for a known working power supply, simple process of elimination steps for computers. He said no and would get back to me. I wait a few days before calling to ask about the progress. They say they don't have any power supplies on hand that fit my computer, which honestly shouldn't take me calling you three days later to figure out. They then ask if I can bring in the power supply I have that was in my old computer at the time. I told them yes but after consideration, decided just to take my computer back. When I arrive to pick it up, I find they only spent about 15 minutes inspecting my computer. 15 minutes to come to the conclusion that it was a part that I specifically informed them when I brought it in that I've replaced and tested. Needless to say I was disappointed. I write this now because I have finally got my new motherboard and replaced the part myself, and it works like a dream! If I had the option, this company would get 0 stars. I attempted to have my Macbook Pro repaired at this shop. Unfortunately the crew could not be of service to me. I was very patient for over a month. Your employees lied to me and said they had serviced MacBooks previously. However I quickly found out they didn't. I retrieved my computer from your business and took it to a professional. The internal hardware was MISSING all of its screws. It was only held together by 1 screw that didn't even go to my computer. Now I am confident that the computer was brought intact with all parts together. The service I received was completely unacceptable. An employee at your business also took all of the information off my computer and I cannot even access some of my most fond memories. This business needs to be more honest. If the repair cannot be done then be blunt about it. I have not done any business with this company personally. The reason for that is how I was treated on the phone the times I called in for information. That in itself is enough to know that working with these people is a bad idea.

First, they are HORRIBLE about returning phone calls. Absolutely awful. As in they don't. Second, they are bad about answering the phone at all. If you call between 9 and 9:30 or 5:30-6, they will not answer the phone. Good luck during the middle of the day, too. Third, there is little to no professionalism when on the phone. It sounds like I am talking to some wash out, drop out high school student whose every other word is "dude" or "like."
