I’m viewed the reviews and I am surprised about the customer service. experience I have had with my several purchases of coffee to send to family or friends out there state. He took my coffee and ground it and came back, rang me up and had me sign my receipt with no conversation at all. I going to have to rethink about buying my coffee from local and just start buying Deadman’s Reach coffee and just stick with that.. since that’s the other brand of Coffee I send out to my family...
