Rancho Verde Market — Local services in Rialto

I am so digusted about this place today. My family and I had given them bussing for over two months. This was the shop we stopped for our meats, atleast until today June 3rd 2024. Went in for my meat and i was profiled when i asked the meat attendant to pass me the restroom/ bathroom key. Apparently one of the owner had just concluded a sort of a meeting with this employee and overheard me asking for the bathroom key, he whispered something to the employee after looking over to me ( kind of profilled) and then told me that the bathrooms are out of order. He insisted to me that someone or somebody went inside the bathroom and clogged the toilet with tissue paper. True or not true, i can read the profiling. Its is like you have preference of which people are olay to use your bathrooms. I even told him that am a paying customer. Still insisted. Mindyou, they have two bathroom side to side. I dont know even why i went ahead to purchase $30 worth beef from them after this kind. The staff are good people, but the two Amenian owners are very rude and profile customers coming in their store. They are full of pride. " pride comes before a fall. Never will i return to this store again. You have lost a customer today. Am sure i am not the only one who have gone through such treatment. ...

If I could've given a negative star I would have. I'm in front of this place while writing this. Apparently the owner by the name of "Gus", just informed me that they didn't have a restroom. I was under the impression that if a location has a restaurant or served food in-house, there should be a restroom available to the public. I am a paying customer purchasing items at your location and this was not my first visit but after this it will definitely be my last. The lady cook and the male owner looked me over before saying "No, we don't have a restroom. Talk about profiling, and when I confronted the owner about not having a restroom . He said," No, we don't have to!" I was not rude, unlike him. This is a small business in an awkward location. I have friends I have brought to this place to give it business. If "Gus" continues to operate in this fashion, this place will not be here...

My husband and I checked out this fairly new Mexican market last weekend. They're off the 210 freeway, exit Riverside Ave, and go north. They're in the plaza where Planet Fitness is, next to Panda Paradise. There's plenty of parking. Very clean market with a carniceria at the back and they also make and sell food (tacos, burritos, Birria, Chile Rellenos, lengua) They have good selection of beverages and alcohol along with chips, snacks, hot sauces, spices. They carry stuff from @michis_elgordo , @compacheladas and @el_salchichon_michelado There's a small produce section at the back. My husband got a bunch of Mexican candy for his coworkers. Great customer service from the lady who made our burritos and from the owner. Cool little market, we will be back to try their carne Asada to grill up...
