I was driving west towards Richardton when my vehicle stalled out over by Antelope road. I googled repairs shops and Fredricks repair came up so I gave them a call and told them I was stranded. The guy on the phone said no problem and would send a man out ASAP. Tony showed up about 15 minutes later and started to assist me. I told him I was into hiking and nature and he said he knew this awesome place to hike. We hopped in his truck and he took me up to Young Mans Butte. We walked around for about a hour and I found a old cast bullet from one of Custers men. He then proceeded to tell me about the battle that happened here a long time ago and where Custer had his outpost. Tony then showed me the nature around there as far as what plants I could eat if I had a headache and what roots to chew on if I had diarrhea. He was a awesome guide. We went back to my vehicle and Tony noticed a loose connection and fixed it and started my vehicle for me. I asked him what do I owe and he said nothing since it wasn’t that big of a job. My trucks check engine light came on so I dropped it off at their shop. They said they could get to it in a hour or so. I said that’s fine I have other vehicles I can drive. Tony offered to give me a ride home since I only live a couple miles away. Tony took me to my house and when we arrived there he asked if he could use my bathroom. Embarrassedly I informed him that my toilet was clogged and wasn’t working. He said he didn’t mind and used it anyways. The locking system on the door of my Sprinter van broke while stopped in the middle of a cross country trip, leaving me locked out of my vehicle despite having the key. Tony drove over immediately and spent an hour standing in 90 degree heat with his arms above his head trying to get me back into my van. He was very professional, polite and hard working. I didn’t think it would be possible to get in, but he did it after modifying and extending one of his tools to reach my center console. And without causing any damage to my van.
